This week we asked students at EPHS what their New Years resolutions were and if they have successfully kept up with them. Since we are only three weeks into the New Year, most students have stayed on track. Here are some common responses:

“Eat healthier and exercise.” (This is pretty hard. Get some tips with Food for Thought!)

“Relieve my stress and frustration by talking to others.”

“Drink more water.”

“Stop drinking.”

“Focus more on school.” (Having trouble with this one? Check out Ways to Stay Motivated!)

“Get more volunteer hours.”

“Lose weight.”

“Become a better person.”
